and set 14 in the first leg and won - 2pts.
The Exiles set 14 in the 2nd leg and won
- 2pts. The Rose set 15 in the final leg but
the Exiles fell short with only 13. The Title
therefore goes to the Rose and Crown.

Week 5 - First up the Misfits beat The Cock
Inn By 2 legs to 1 and drew 22 each on dolls.
Top dolls were Mark Lacey (8) for the Cock

The Six Bells lost their first game of the season
by 2 legs to 1 vs The Rose and Crown. Dolls were

In the third game The Exiles had the chance to go
Top of the Table but the Red Lion had other ideas

defeat at home to Kidlington Football Club. Top Dolls were

The Kings Head beat Kidlington FC by 5 legs to nil.

The Kidlington Football Club drew 2.5 - 2.5 with the Kings Arms.
Top Dolls were Gary Smith/Daryl Connelly both (12) for KFC and
Tony Bennell (12) for the KA.

After a Week-End Beer Festival in Tackley the Gardiner could only field
5 players. However. They scored 3 points to go second in the table and
won the Beer Leg.
Top Dolls were John Cooke (15) for the Gardiner and Ray Grant (21)
for the Prince.

Week 5 18-6-18
The Gardiner Arms took a deserved 4 points from the game with
League leaders Black Prince B. In the fifth leg the Gardiner
scored 18, which would have been enough to win any of the
previous legs, but was not enough to overhaul the 22 set by the Prince.
Top Dolls were John Cook (16) for the Arms and Ray Barson (16) &
Nigel King (16 incl 1x 6) for the Prince.

Week 4 11-6-18
The Kings Head took all ten points during their visit to the Football Club.
The closest legs were the 3rd & 4th going 14-11 and 11-9 in favour of
the Visitors. Top Dolls were Daryll Connelly (11) for KFC and Rob/Tim
both with (17) for the Kings Head.

The Kings Arms and the Gardiner Arms could only muster 5 players
each for this exciting high handicap game. The Gardiner Arms won 7
points to 3 and sit in 3rd place 8 behind the leaders and 14 above the
bottom placed team. Top dolls were Pete Druce (13) for the Kings and
Julian/Simon (12) for the Gardiner team.

Week 3 4-6-18
An understrength Kings Arms visited The Black Prince. The result
was a 10-0 victory to the Prince. 16-6 18-9 17-7 16-10 13-9.
Top Dolls were Nigel King (19) for the Prince and Simon Hopkins
(13) for the KA.

The Gardiner Arms hosted the Kings Head and won 7 of the 10 points
on offer. Legs 15-14 16-10 16-18 17-11 14-14. Top Dolls were Julian
Brooks (17) for the Gardiner and Seamus O'Malley (15) for the Kings.

Week 2 21-5-18
The Gardiners visited The Footballers receiving a 2 doll advantage
Kidlington FC took the first two legs 13-8 & 13-12. Followed by 13-11
& 13-4 to the Gardiners'. The final leg produced an 11-11 leg draw and
a 5-5 points draw to the match.
Top Dolls were Phill Parker (KFC) 12 and Jules Brooks (10) for GA.

The 'Scratch' match at the Kings Head saw Pete Coates score a 6
for the Black Prince only to see his side lose the leg 19-18.
The second leg was drawn 15-15 before The Prince took the last
Three legs 18-15 14-13 19-16.

The Kings Arms visited, the new venue at Woodstock, The Kings Head.
With a 3 doll per leg advantage the Arms achieved 3 drawn legs
before The Head pulled away by winning the 4th and 5th legs.
